Sub-Processors

DistroMagic Technologies, Inc. ("DistroMagic") uses certain third-party companies ("Sub-Processors") to support the delivery of our Services. This page lists the Sub-Processors that may Process Customer Personal Data on DistroMagic's behalf, as referenced in our Data Processing Addendum.
Each Sub-Processor is bound by written agreement to data protection obligations substantially similar to those in our DPA and is engaged only to the extent necessary to provide the Services.

Notification of Changes
DistroMagic may update this list from time to time as we add, remove, or replace Sub-Processors in support of the Services. In accordance with Section 5.1 of our Data Processing Addendum, we will provide notice of any intended changes at least 15 days prior to permitting a new Sub-Processor to access Customer Personal Data.
